Skullgirls: Cerebella

Cerebella is the biggest sensation of the Cirque des Cartes. She is admired for her enormous strength, most of it provided by her hat, named Vice Versa, and her alluring curves. But she only requires the attention of one person, the mobster Vitale Medici, who took her in is basically the closest thing to a father she has. Cerebella is inherently good, but also serves as a leg-breaker when not working in the circus.
